Over the last few years, navigating the healthcare system has been a daunting task for patients.

With new rules & regulations, patients must jump through hoops to obtain the care they need. The wait for pre-authorizations, referrals, appointments with a specialist, and insurance denials can at times take more time and energy than the number of resources needed to take care of a medical problem itself. At Kermani Concierge Medicine, we believe that the best care is one where there is a Dedicated Care Coordinator to help you navigate all these pitfalls.

You can rely on the Care Coordinator to become your advocate in working through any challenges no matter how big or small. Since the wait to see a specialist can at times be months down the line, your Care Coordinator will work one-on-one with the referrals department to find you a specialist with a more lenient schedule. Here, you have a whole team working for you.

In-Depth Timely Care

In the traditional healthcare model, providers may have patient panels upwards of 2000, leaving little room for an in-depth session with the patient and creating a long wait time for an appointment.

At Kermani Concierge Medicine, our commitment is to provide you with the best medical care with little to no wait. We have limited our patient panel size to 400 patients and allocated 30 minutes for returning patient visits/60 minutes for new patient visits. With this model, you will have the provider’s undivided time and attention to review results, make recommendations, and answer all questions in a relaxed, unhurried environment. We believe total well-being is a by-product of taking care of the whole individual. The extensive amount of time allocated for each appointment serves that purpose. Our mission is to build a relationship and foster a state of total well-being for all of our patients.

24/7 Care

At Kermani Concierge Medicine, we understand that the need for medical care does not stop at 5 pm.

With our medical care model, you will have access to Dr. Kermani’s cell phone 24/7. With 24/7 access, you will no longer have to guess whether a trip to the urgent care or ER is needed in the middle of the night.

Should your condition require admission, your provider stays in contact with the hospitalist providing you with proper continuity of care. We are there with you every step of the way.

Tailored Experience

As a concierge medicine patient, you will have access to the following benefits:

• New patient appointments are scheduled as a 60-minute session • Returning patient appointments scheduled as a 30-minute session • Access to Dr. Kermani’s cell phone for after-hours and emergencies • Expedited referrals- often handled by Dr Kermani. • Guaranteed same-day or next-business-day appointments • Telehealth appointments are available Monday-Friday 9am-8 pm • Close follow-up by Dr. Kermani with the hospitalist while admitted to the hospital • Access to a Care Coordinator to arrange all details of your medical care • Membership rate: $2500/year
